Lifeplan's Honey C dietary supplements are formulated around the central ingredient of Manuka Honey: graded 16+ and freeze dried, it makes up the base of the capsule. Complimented by the addition of Vitamin C and Zinc, that both contribute to the normal function of the immune system as well as the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

As a supplement, take one to two capsules daily, preferably with food.
